The Engineered Systems Ladder
One design philosophy, four tiers.
Each tier fixes the design. Cartridge size and position count set the capacity for your site, so a system grows with you without a redesign. Every tier covers point of prep, the stations where water actually reaches food or a drink, at a scope that matches the site.
Tier 1
Single-station protection
Built for a smaller equipment lineup running lower volume, espresso, coffee, and iced tea. The entry point for a site that wants a designed system without the scope of a larger build.
Ultrafiltration: available as an add-on.
Tier 2
Multi-station coverage
Sized for a larger equipment lineup and higher volume, with the ability to deliver more than one water specification off the same system, so ice and beverage equipment can each get the water they need.
Ultrafiltration: available as an add-on.
Tier 3
Full point-of-prep coverage
Covers every beverage and food-prep application at larger, higher-volume sites. Built for operations that need full coverage without reverse-osmosis blending.
Ultrafiltration: standard.
RED
Full point-of-prep, fully controlled
Aquamor's most complete system. Full point-of-prep coverage plus adjustable reverse-osmosis blending, so water quality is dialed in and held on target rather than only filtered. The Aquamor RED system is a compact, wall-mounted modular design, configured to each site's equipment, water, and volume.
Ultrafiltration: standard.
Tier detail shown here is a starting point, not a finished spec. Your site's exact configuration is confirmed with the Aquamor foodservice team.
Every tier is built on Aquamor's BGX manifold platform. See the full BGX Manifold Heads configuration matrix.
