The Aquamor OEM division runs the full manufacturing chain for your program in Temecula, California. The handoffs that usually create risk happen inside one company, on one schedule: your spec, your tooling, your volume.
In-house engineers develop your system architecture to spec: flow rate, micron rating, certification target, and housing geometry defined before a tool is cut.
26 injection-molding machines in-house, from 60 to 775 tons, running a tool library of over 400 active injection molds. Your housings, heads, and structural parts are molded on Aquamor's schedule, no contract-molder queue setting your lead time.
Aquamor manufactures filtration products certified to NSF/ANSI 42 and 53, with CSA B483.1 across applicable lines. Certification attaches to the finished filter cartridge, and every certified SKU is traceable from raw material to finished unit.

Aquamor flow restrictors are precision-molded in-house for consistent dimensional tolerance across the flow range. Available in inline FNPT and inline quick-connect formats. All flow rates are nominal; consult the engineering team for tolerance specs and custom flow-rate requirements.
Flow rates are nominal mL/min at rated conditions. Multiple rates available per model. See spec pages for full range.

Heavy-duty injection-molded mounting clips for filter housings and cartridges. Available in black and white, single and dual-mount configurations, sized for 2 in. and 2.5 in. filter bodies.
Aquamor mounting clips are produced on Aquamor's own tooling in Temecula. Heavy-duty and standard-duty variants are available in black and white to match OEM equipment aesthetics. Single-mount and dual-mount (2x2) configurations are stocked.

Injection-molded RO membrane housings for 1/8 in. FNPT and quick-connect plumbing. Available in straight-port and side-port configurations in black and white.
Aquamor PPV-series membrane housings are engineered for RO membrane cartridges and are produced in-house on Aquamor's tooling. Straight-port and side-port variants cover the primary installation geometries. Quick-connect option available. Available in black and white for OEM color-match requirements.
